During his tenure there, he held a pivotal role overseeing the acquisitions of various property types, including retail, office, industrial/flex, self-storage facilities, and development sites on Long Island.

With Yair's experience, remarkable deal sourcing capabilities, and comprehensive understanding of the real estate market, he is an invaluable asset to the company.
